Appointment Guidelines 1.Punctuality: •Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will reduce the time available for your service, potentially affecting results and disrupting the next appointment. 2.Consultation: •Online consultations are a preliminary guide. Final pricing may vary depending on hair length, thickness, or other factors not visible in photos. 3.Bleaching Process: •Bleaching is time-intensive. Please do not rush the process, as every client’s hair reacts differently to lightening. If you’re on a tight schedule, bleaching may not be the best option. •If your hair has been previously bleached or damaged, there is still a risk of breakage even with the utmost care. •Hair bleached to level 9 or higher (near white, especially for Asian hair) is particularly vulnerable during touch-ups. 4.Special Colours: •For specific shades (e.g., light blue, fluorescent pink, yellow), please notify me in advance to ensure availability. 5.Credit Card & Consent Form: •After booking, you will receive a text with a link to submit your credit card details and sign the consent form. •If possible, visit the salon for a skin test 48 hours before your appointment. Otherwise, you must complete the consent form waiving the skin test. •Credit card details must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the appointment, or your reservation will be canceled. 6.Cancellations & Late Arrivals: •Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, or arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a 50% charge of the reserved service fee.
